2026 Advisory Council Elections

The voting ballots for the Advisory Council seats are now available. There are open elections for the classes with more than two nominees (Cadet, SRA, SAAA, SA, NA, and PCA). Each group within these classes is entitled to cast votes for two people from the list of candidates for their classification below.

The nominees are:

• Cadet: Chris Grant (Mauldin Cadets), Jaime Watkins (Chapin Cadets), and Steven Mack (Lucy Beckham Cadet).
• Scholastic Regional A (SRA): Jaime Watkins (Chapin HS JV), Wesley Payne (West Forsyth HS), Matthew Stone (Midland Valley HS), Katie Dante (Dorman Sage), Milcah Merida-Brasel (Palisades HS), and Tyler Scott (T.L. Hanna HS JV).
• Scholastic AAA (SAAA): Katie Cooper (Lakeside HS Varsity), Dynisha Thompson (Batesburg-Leesville HS), Brandon Nichols (East Lincoln HS B), and Steven Mack (Lucy Beckham HS Varsity)
• Scholastic A (SA): Zane Franco-Winn (Wando HS Varsity), Matt McCurley (Catawba Ridge HS JV), Jaime Watkins (Chapin HS Varsity), and Victoria Rivera (Hickory Ridge HS)
• National A (NA): Ben Henley (Nation Ford HS Varsity), Matt McCurley (Catawba Ridge HS Varsity), Brandon Nichols (East Lincoln HS), and Katie Dante (Dorman HS Varsity)
• Percussion Concert A (PCA): Scott Simmons (Pendleton HS Perc), Tyler Scarabino (Boiling Springs HS Perc), and Alston Pettigrew (Westside HS Concert Perc)

To cast your votes, please follow these instructions:

*IMPORTANT: You must be listed as an administrator on the group in order to access the ballot.*

1. Login to your CompetitionSuite account.
2. Look for the blue box above the area where your scores from previous events are listed.
3. Look for the following link: Delegate: Select a delegate to vote. and click the link
4. Select who will cast your votes for your group.
5. Once the delegate is selected, that person can click the "Launch Ballot" button.
6. On the ballot, make two selections from the list of available options.

Remember, all elections are by secret ballot. No one will be able to see who you selected, only that you have made a selection. The two people with the most votes will be invited to join the 2026 Advisory Councils.

IMPORTANT: VOTING BALLOTS WILL CLOSE AT 5:00 PM ON Friday, May 16th, 2025. Please make sure to vote for your selections before the deadline. Late votes will not be accepted. 2026 Advisory Council members will be notified via email by Monday, June 2nd.
